The Scholarship Fund

Since 1984, the Garden Club has supported students pursuing a degree in earth sciences such as horticulture, botany, landscape architecture or environmental studies by providing individual scholarships each May.  Our annual campership to Tanglewood 4-H Camp enables it to aid local youth who want to focus on an environmental area of interest during their summer camp stay.

Beautiful Public Spaces

The Garden Club is responsible for planting and maintaining areas of Camden’s downtown district. This includes the Village Green, Chamber of Commerce planter, traffic islands near the library, the hanging baskets on the downtown street lampposts and the flower boxes on the Camden-Rockport Archway.
